Meet Our First Lady

Lady Berry was an educator in the Philadelphia Public School System for thirty years. She has also served as the Women’s Ministry Leader, President of the Missionary Department, and Director of Foreign Missions at the Refuge Church of Christ, Pleasantville, New Jersey, and Vice President of the New Jersey Metropolitan Diocese Minister’s and Deacons Wives Guild. She served as an adjutant and advisor to Mother Shirley Lorraine Clark, former First Lady of the Churches of our Lord Jesus Christ, and a member of the advisory staff of the Golden Beams Senior Citizens Auxiliary.
She is passionate about learning the Word of God in order to enhance the Kingdom and attended the William L. Bonner College in Columbia, South Carolina.
She is honored to be able to serve not only as First Lady of Rehoboth Temple Church of Christ but as the current Director of Evangelism as well. The ministry that God has placed inside her is dynamic and the capacity in which he uses her. Lady Berry has a heart for and is passionate about ministering to women and assisting them in achieving spiritual and emotional wholeness. One of her primary goals is to help women discover their God-given purpose. Both in word and deed, she encourages women to be naturally and spiritually healthy. Wherever Lady Berry goes she exhorts and encourages her listeners to deepen their intimacy with God and arise to their divine calling and destiny. She is not afraid to deal with hard, relevant issues both biblical and practical. She enjoys traveling around the country and abroad teaching and speaking on various topics relative to women. A Christian woman of virtue, poise and grace, Lady Berry is a woman of true character.
One of her favorite scriptures and guide for her life is “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is good and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:2
First Lady Berry is an advocate of marriage and family. She handles her obligation to serve in the ministry alongside her husband with superb devotion. She has been blissfully married for over 39 years and enjoys spending time with her family. She and Apostle Berry have two children, Brad Jr. and DeJenae. She is the grateful grandmother of Brad III, and Braelyn Berry.
